Walking for Health and Support

Hi everyone. Did you know that there is no better time than now to get yourself into good health? If you're serious about getting healthy, and if you're a good hearted person who would like to walk for a great cause, then here is what you should do. Start walking everyday, and then go to BeeWell Miles and log the miles that you've walked with them. From 4/1/09 to 10/31/09, for every mile you log at their site, Bumble Bee Foods will donate $0.15 to help Breast Cancer Network of Strength provide emotional support to those with breast cancer. Can you think of a more worthy cause? Not only will you get yourself into top-notch shape, but you will also be helping a group of people that need your help desperately. Plus, at BeeWell Miles, you can consult fitness experts that will help you with your overall health, fitness, and diet. They will help you calculate how many calories you can burn with your current diet. Last week, we walked from our house all the way up the hill to the business district and then over to the local city park. We were tired, but it was fun. If we log all of our miles, we could raise over $150 ourselves. If we can get our friends involved, then much more money will get to those who need it. Get involved everybody, and get your friends involved too.
