Oven Fried Chicken

My husband looove chicken, as in he could eat 5 to 6 pieces of big parts of chicken all week. However you cook the chicken he would eat it, but his favorite is fried chicken and oven fried chicken. I learn to cook the oven fried chicken from my husband though, and it's pretty easy to do.


All you need are;

2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken cut up or thighs or legs
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Procedure:
1. Heat oven to 425, with shortening and margarine melting on the foil lined baking pan.
2. Bread chicken in flour mix and put in pan skin side down.
Cook for 30 minutesthen turn and cook 30 minutes more.

sus lamia ani uy.. bago lng pud ko nag luto ug oven fried chicken shy, i prefer it baked na kay mas maluto man gud. ako unya ni sulayan imu recipe.

kani kay nana jud recipe...heheehe! makamuot ko sa imong comment sa akong chicken....na korek! si goryo nagkaon ato tsang woi...si kulot 2 ka pieces iya...ako wala ko kaon..d man ko mahilig sa chicken legs.....lol...mas type nako ning imo....kay white meat...pula man jud ang legs....I mean dark....hehehe!

hahhaa...manlupad na ni puhon atong mga bana nga way pako....:)
