Riding bicycle is one of the most satisfying and healthy forms of exercise as well as self-transportation possible. Some people use bicycle to go to work. My husband's friend used bicycle when she goes to school and work. She has car but she prefers the bike because it is convenient for her and less traffic as well. It is also healthy exercise she gets to do everyday. There is a bike trail that is close by where we live. It starts in Greenfield and ends in Pittsburgh Downtown. Last Sunday we rode a bike and finished a little over 2 mile of ride. It was an exciting adventure and a good exercise for us. The kids enjoyed the ride and the places we passed by. It's good that hubby and I are back on riding bicycle now and hopefully back on shape. There are many ways of exercise to get back in shape and be healthy. You can take a few minutes walk everyday or do running in one of the park in your place. In order to be healthy you have to sacrifice other things like eating too much. I don't know if I can handle that idea of not eating too much hehehe just kidding. You can also try p90x recipes that are within the nutritional guidelines of the fitness program. Summer is approaching and I am sure lots of bike rides going to happen because Joe's family love riding bike and they are coming over to Slippery Rock for a week visits. It's fun riding bicycle with friends and family. I can't wait for that fun activity.
