He looks like a whippet! Their heads are always small in proportion to their bodies, that's one reason you don't see them in normal collars! You can buy special sighthound collars, or just use a harness, like this one - very, very sweet! Loves his owner, huh?

Greyhound yata ang breed ng dog na ganyan,but I'm not sure.
