Banana Bread

Who wants a slice?
My first time to bake a banana bread. I am not a good cook, nor a good baker but this one I would say it came out nicely and yummy. I have a cute happy helper who willingly prepared all the ingredients for me. Then came Jake join the baking party and volunteered to stir the batter and lick (a little) the spatula. I followed the cooking instruction I found at Simply Recipes. It's very easy to follow and you can find all the ingredients in your kitchen. Tadaa!!! All done now. Recipe from Simply Recipes

I always wanted to make banana bread but don't know how. I searched online but they're more complicated than I thought. But your recipe mommy seemed so easy to do! Will copy it if you don't mind. Thanks for sharing it!
