It's a long overdue Mother's day post but I'm gonna share it anyway. I received a Mother's Day surprise gift from Jake (a plant and a diy medal). Everyday he keeps reminding me to water the plant, how sweet. Post Valentine day that was Monday my sweetie kikay handed over to me this paper about Me and my Mom as their Valentine present. It cracked me up when I read this part "Washing my clothes and doing the dishes". Sounded like all I do at home is wash dishes and do the laundry LOL. There was one time I asked this girl about what she wants to be when she grows up, and she replied, " I wanna be grandma... I wanna be a Mom and wash the dishes harharhar lmao. We actually wash our dishes by hand since immemorial, that's why she sees me doing dishes too often. There was one time i asked her to wash the dishes and she willingly obliged but when I kept adding dirty dish she complained and quit. Sometimes she volunteers to help in the kitchen.
