Lose Some Weight

When is the last time that you honestly tried to lose some weight and get into better shape? Well,ang laki laki ko na ngayon Mommy Shy isang kaban & 4 na kilo ng bigas na ako ngayon & it's about to think about diet na talaga dahil hindi na ako magkasya sa mga damit ko sigh....thanks for the tips Shy:)
