Tuna, My Favorite Meal

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of HealthyTuna.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

I got pregnant in two consecutive years and during those nine months of my pregnancy Tuna sandwich was always my easy and hearty meal to fix. Eating healthy tuna is good for the brain and it taste good. They said that never to eat fish during pregnancy but Tuna is an exemption to that. Pregnant women should only stay away from fish high in mercury such as shark, mackerel, swordfish, and tilefish. It is actually smart to eat seafood during pregnancy as it has variety of benefits like help boost babies' brain. A scientific study was just released in which the findings show that women who skip seafood during pregnancy could be putting themselves in danger for depression. Depression during pregnancy can have serious effects on a woman's health and that of her baby. Emerging science suggests that depression during pregnancy may increase the risk of having a caesarian section, delivering a premature or low-birth-weight baby, lowering cognitive test scores and babies' brain and behavior development, and having depression after pregnancy. In the Philippines fish is abundance and it's an everyday meal for everybody that is why you seldom hear any women suffers from depression or heart disease. Tuna sandwich is my Mother-in-law's everyday healthy meal which is very good and needed for her health. I learned to make tasty tuna sandwich from her. It is very easy though, just chopped some onions, and mixed it with mayonnaise and lettuce on top. If you want to find and know great ways to prepare tuna just check out the site. You will also find sumptuous recipes to learn. So, check it out now!

Hey girl! Love tuna here as well. I tend to put everything in it to make it last longer. Let's see, apples, hard-boiled egg, onion, nuts, grapes, peas, and so on. Just add whatever you like the most. It will last longer and i promise it will tase just as good! What do you like in yours?
