Mommy Moments - Song From A Mom's Heart

mommy moments

Song makes my little Jake calm. He love music, classical, inspirational and children's song. When he was a baby we made up a song that goes like this;
"My little baby Jake, my baby jake, my baby jake
or
My little buckaroo, my little buckaroo buckaroo buckaroo buckaroo
with our own version of tune and melody naks! lol and up to now he wants us to sing it to him. He even sometimes get jealous if we sing the same tune to Justine because that's his song.
He also love the lullaby song, hush little baby, twinkle2x and classical music. And if im out of song to sing this song "YOU" by carpenters always my last song that made Jake fell asleep. He also love the song "The Journey"by lea salongga and How did you Know song.

And now we used the classical CD that his grandma Mary gave to him when he goes to bed everyday. That is why his grandma Mary bought him a piano to develop his love of music.

The opposite of Jake is this little girl name Justine. Music won't work on Justine. If she fuss and sleepy she cries out loud and if I try to sing her lullaby to help her to sleep it never works. So, I put her down and she goes to sleep on her own. But lately, she kind of like the song "Etsy bitsy Spider" and the tagalog version. She smiles if I sing the tagalog version especially Jake. I think they are wondering of the dialect used in the song. The song goes like this
Ang maliit na gagamba umakyat sa sanga,
Dumating ang ulan nahulog siya,
Sumikat ang araw natuyo ang sanga'
Ang maliit na gagamba ay laging masaya.

I'm still figuring out the kind of song that will calm this lioness hehe. For more Song From A Mom's Heart click the button on top. Happy Weekend everyone!mwah:-)

Double Trouble

This is how our feeding time looks like eeevveerryyday. Well not technically everyday but mostly on the weekdays if hubby is at work. Double handful, double trouble. It's fun feeding these two gorgeous monkeys and takes lot of patience because they always into trouble. Since Justine can sit without support I let her sit in a high chair. I used to carry her and put her in my lap when I feed Jake. She cries when it's time for me to feed Jake and I don't want to listen to her high pitch cry.

While preparing for their food, I give Jake something to do so he won't grab and ask for things.

This feeding pictures was the first time I put Justine on a high chair, feed them both at the same time and had lunch together.
I gave her yogurt first and look at her reaction. She didn't like the natural yogurt.
Then feed Jake some spaghetti.......
And carrots baby food (gerber) for Justine
Can you spot the sneaky finger?
When I put the plate of spaghetti on Justine table, this lovely monkey was so quick to grab it.
If you see a little hand grabbing a strand of spaghetti, well that was the Buckaroo.

Justine is hard to feed than Jake. She is picky, moves a lot, put her thumb in her mouth while eating and spit the food. I think her thumb is her appetizer waaaa.lol

Coolest New Trends

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dermajuv Skin Care Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Dermajuv_skin_care_products

This is not about the trendy and weird fashion icon Lady Gaga. The coolest new trends I am referring to is the skin care products for aging or acne. Wrinkles and acne are definitely the least favorable things we do not want in our skin thus can not be voided. There are different kinds of anti aging cream that has been on the market for years and yet no one has proven to be effective. I am not into facial product but I know some facial cream that my mother had been using for years and I have also seen different beauty products on TV commercials. The changes of old fashion way to the current times with aggressively scientific care products like those from Dermajuv which is now the coolest new trends in skin care and anti aging. Pro-active for acne and skin care, Neutrogena skin, Sculptra Aesthetic that said to be long lasting and many more. These are some of the new trends in skin care products but no one knows which one will last and stay popular. However, Dermajuv skin care products is the coolest new trends for anti aging will probably continue in popularity. Check out their website if you want to find out the cool products of Dermajuv. You can see different choices of skin care products that suit and works on your skin. Most of their products contain new key ingredients in wrinkle cream or eye gels seem to be the most exciting to use. Like the Neck Restoration Cream which contains 5 exciting active ingredients, including stem cells that will drastically reduce that saggy neck skin with an instant lift, deep moisture, and cell re-growth. Or the Original Wrinkle Smoothing Cream, the most luxurious of skin care products with Matrixyl and Sodium Hyaluronate. It will increase your skin's own collagen and cell regeneration. It adds deep moisture and smooth wrinkles. So, check it out now and buy the products that will make you look younger and flawless.

Those! Thiis!

YOU!

YOU!!

YOU!!!

You sissy, what are you doing under the piano. Are you hiding from me?

Apachos? apachi? kyus jooj? Who can translate these words? These are some of his words when he asked for crayon, curios George, and more. I think apachos is I want those, well we just can't figured out. If he said apachos...then we say this or that or those pointing to something like crayon, cookies, pen and more he answered Ok. lol But he can say dum-dum for dum dum lollipop, kitkat, coke, juice and more. In this photo he asked for crayon.

He is into pointing fingers now, poke the eyes and say eyes, nose and put his finger in your mouth. If you ignored him you'll get a big No! and more no no nooooo with a slap then he will get a TIME OUT for hitting us or Justine. And when we put him on time out he will say NOOOO that sounds like a monster. What a funny lil monkey.

He is also a tattle tail now. I think he is learning coz every time he tear or break something we scolded him and tell him tearing paper is not nice. So, last night when Justine tear the paper he went to his Dada and said Oh-oh pointing at Justine. Of course we have to say something to Justine even if the lil jelly bean can't understand yet so that Jake won't feel any favoritism or something. We laughed inside after he went back to his drawing and scribbling.

Scary snow from Snow storm

Our area is one of the many places got hit by snow storm. It started since yesterday and the snow accumulated so quickly. I went to bed past midnight, when I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water the reflection of this snow at our window scared the hell out of me. I went right away to bed and forgot the water when I saw this big snow hanging on the tree. It looked like a white boogey man lol or some kind of a white monster at night.

This afternoon we took Jake outside to play with the snow. He had so much fun outside that he even don't want to come inside. He shovelled some part of our stairs using his hand and he enjoyed it so much. When I took him inside he threw a fit and when he calmed down he kept asking me "nows" snow which means he wants to go out again and play with the snow.

Justine was left inside while we took Jake outside but Joe went back inside to watched Justine.

Right now still darn freezing and below is our curret temp. grrrrr
