Another week is over and time for
Mommy Moments once again. Thanks to

I Love Books!!! This is theme for this week's MM.
My dragons are so lucky to be the youngest cousins in the family because they get to inherits most of the books from their cousins. They also got to keep all the old books of Joe and his sisters when they were little including the old
Harold and the Purple Crayon that Jake used to love. They still have three boxes of books up in the attic that I never took it out yet. They both still in the tearing the book stage. Jake love books but once he had enough of that certain book he start peeling the cover. All his favorite hard bound books were not hard anymore and all ruined.

Since Jake was little he like browsing colorful books and had his selected books as his
favorites. But Justine, she's not really showing any interest to other books aside from this magazines in the drawer that she keeps pulling out. Thant magazine was the wedding destination and treatment common injuries that the pedia gave to us.
This is Jake when he was 11 months old reading his favorite book
Pat The Bunny. The book was all torn and ruined so it's now a history. Justine also have Pat The Bunny book but every time we read it to Justine, Jake will take it.
As I was saying, Justine haven't shown interest with books but if we read Jake his book she pays attention once in a while. This is Jake's book that he found on the floor and she was pretending reading it.

Justine is so cute pretending to read book, ganyan din si Alex, nagsasalita pa. Si Wrozlie din noong maliit, as in hawak ang book at kala mo nagbabasa talaga, kakatuwa.

It's funny how children are so different, isn't it? One of mine took after us and was into books from a very early age, the other was simply not very interested. He loved being read to, but didn't want to read. He turned out to be dyslexic, but now he's older (25!) he can and will read for pleasure. He'll never be quite the reader the rest of us are though.
