Nutrition Tip and Food by Justine

One time I made pancake, strawberry and scrambled egg for breakfast. They did not eat the scrambled eggs but chef Justine made something out of her platter.
There you go she was mixing all the ingredients...
Does it look nutritious to you? I think it is, pancake and strawberry what could go wrong.
There's more nutrition tip and foods... like finger linkin yogurt. Who doesn't like fingers, I mean yogurt?
Fruit is always good. Like they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Pineapple....
Oh, i don't know about hotdog though but some kids love it.

Strawberry is always good and nutritious?
After you have all those foods, clean up your hands using your hair. All that sticky and gooey thing is a good hair gel alternatives hehe. This is Justine's Nutrition tips and foods.

Seriously, when it comes to nutrition tip and foods, I don't have anything to share. Well, feed my children whatever foods we have. It's hard to impose some foods with nutritional value especially vegies. At their age right now they eat whenever and whatever they want to eat. One thing for sure though, they both love fruits and that's good enough.

Children can choose what they want to eat, and I think we can force them to eat only a certain food, because it will influence the nutrition that actually are needed by them.

Girl is so cute. Start with alert healthy choices, then turn them in to healthy eating habits and see how a child's health begins to improve by giving focus attention to what they put in their bodies.

Akong anak she kay bisdak kaayo kinan-an. Naa jud rice. Imoha diha kay mga Kano ug Kana kaayo. hahaha. I love strawberries, too! I alwaysmake smoothies from it kay super sarap! :D

hehehhe...mau pagka deliver sa inahan...labi na kay cute kau ang model...lami kau ni si justine mo kaon tsang woi...maka ibog...ehehehe....ka cute sa little chef...na ako wala man ko tips woi...d man ko kau strict pagdating sa pagkaon...unsa naa hala kaon...hehehe...:)

It's good that your kids love fruits! The only fruit that my son eats right now is apple, and it's very seldom that he eats it. What I do is give him fruit-flavored yogurt every day; that has milk, yogurt and fruits already, but I make him eat vegetables even if he doesn't want to. We hide the veggies in his rice so he won't see them. LOL! Thanks for the visit!

Really Girl is so cute. Make sure that your children consume 10 g of fiber on a daily basis.
