I have no idea what's the name of this flower. I saw this at my sister's community when we went to Las Vegas for a week vacay. All I know is it's lovely and it's red which is perfect for Ruby Tuesday.

how does its leaves look like? there are plants that, if can't be identified by their flowers, can be identified by their leaves.
