My Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms was a success. Yummm!!!
I was searching online for recipe that has mushrooms only and I found a simple recipe of Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms at Allrecipes.com. We've been having chicken, pork, and beef all the time so i was thinking to try other stuff. I know nothing about cooking aside from simple dishes that I grew with. This food is one of the many food cooking recipe that I have learned and successfully done since i came here in the U is of E. Joe and Justine loved it while Jake ate the chicken and onions only. He doesn't like mushroom but at least he ate a bunch of the chicken. I also made mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes is so simple I learned it by myself.

Looks yummy Shy. I like mushroom too and we too always have chicken and pork. I too need to cook something different and that's the reason why I bought another cookbook yesterday.
