I think Justine caught a virus that last time we went to the playground inside the mall. She got runny nose and a little cough last Tuesday and got worst this past couple of days. Now, Jake and I got the colds and cough from Justine. I went to bed early last night but did not get enough sleep because J&J were whining with their stuffy nose. I hope this uninvited colds and cough will go away so soon like right NOW!!!! duh

My girls have cough and colds due to too much playing in the snow the past days. Na lisod magsakit ang mga kdis oi kay di sab ta mahaluna. Get well soon for your kiddos.
i so hate going to places like that kay maka kuha man gud sila ug virus from other kids. pero dili dyud na maiwasan na oi masking naka Vitamins pa sila. pag human nalang nila ug play mommy pahugasa sila sa ilang kamot bago mag eat, kay usually dira man mahawa. pero naa dyuy virus na airborne. unta they feel better soon. kapoi kaau kung magkasakit atong kidos no? stress kaau sa mommy, ug luoi pud c baby.

effective pud ni nga mga tambal sa ila she? maayo kung effective. ang best naku nga tambal for triz kay grapefruits. maygani mura syag iyang amahan ug inahan nga kusog kaayo mokaon ug grapefruits. tag-isa gud ka basket among stock diri. LOL. pero i give her triaminic for her colds. karon naa syay cough for 2 weeks na ni. dili ni virus iyaha, tungod lang ni sa katugnaw, di pa dali maayo kay sige man dula sa snow. dili sya gasige ug ubo, mga once or twice lang in a day. and good thing kay mokaon ra grapefruits and oranges which are a natural remedy jud.
RE: about taking the city bus, lingaw baya kaayo. di man ka magguol malampas kay naa man kay gunitan para maka-para ka sa driver nga diha ra ka monaug. or you can tell the driver ahead kung asa ka monaug so kabalo sya nga mohunong sya ana nga hunonganan. kami ni triz sige lang mi sakay ug bus tong wa pa mi namalhin kay naa ra likod sa among complex ang hunonganan jud sa bus. malipong nalang ming duha tuyok-tuyok, wa man pliti so maka-take advantage ra. tag-$1 baya kada sakay so kung mag-pliti, daku pud budget. duol ra mo agianan diha sa inyong city bus?
